MAKE ROOM FOR YOUR VERSION
$1,000 for two rolls, processing, 4K scans, and integration. Additional rolls $400 each. Two rolls are already included at 12 and 14 hours.
Welcome or rehearsal coverage up to three hours: $1,750. Day-after session: $2,500. Extra film coverage: $600 per hour.
Second filmmaker: $1,200 per day when not already included. Same-week content addition: $750. Rush suite: $1,000, subject to availability.
One house, both crafts. Combined 2026–2027 collections begin at $11,800 for six hours, then $15,000 / $19,000 / $23,000 / $27,000 for 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 hours. In 2028: $12,800 / $16,200 / $20,400 / $24,800 / $29,000.
Meet the photography studioSix hours from $4,900, eight from $6,400, and ten from $8,200. A trusted associate lead, with editing in-house. Ten hours includes a second filmmaker. Availability, team, and date-specific rates confirmed in your proposal.
US film-only weekends from $12,500; Ireland and Europe from $14,500. Up to three welcome-event hours, twelve wedding-day hours, and two day-after hours, with team travel included.
THE PRACTICAL PART
For new collections: teaser within two weeks, full film suite in 8–12 weeks. Rush delivery targets four weeks when available. Existing couples keep the timing in their signed agreement.
A signed agreement and $1,500 retainer reserve the date. The remaining balance is split into three equal installments, paid in full 30 days before the wedding. Short-notice plans are confirmed individually.
Coverage is continuous, with a meal and break in the timeline, ending no later than 12:30 AM. Collections can grow after booking; they cannot be reduced.
Within 100 miles of Boston: included. To 200 miles: $250. Beyond 200 miles within New England: $450. Northeast: +$750 per service. South, Midwest, and Southwest: +$1,250. West: +$1,750. Lodging is billed at cost when the venue is 90+ minutes away or the day starts before 8 AM. Destination-weekend travel follows the inclusive weekend proposal.
